Hydraulic screenings presses
A screenings press is used to press the waste into a more compact form and to remove water from the waste. A hydraulic screenings press is a hydraulically operated piston pump. Screening waste is pumped onto a transport platform or into a container through a pressurised pipe. A washing component can be installed to the screenings press for washing the screening waste with pressurised water. The pressed waste can be fed in to a plastic foil sleeve, improving the hygiene of waste processing and reducing odours.
