Screenings screw press
A screenings screw press is based on a screw spiral operated with a gear motor. Screening waste is transported by the screw spiral rotating inside the pipe. A closing panel at the end of the pipe generates a counterpressure for the waste that comes out of the tube. Water is removed from the waste at the end of the pipe, and the waste is compacted. Screw presses with various screw spiral diameters and pipe lengths are available.
