Screw presses
Just like the filter belt presses, also our screw presses are suitable for various kinds of sludges. A preliminary thickening drum is used with the screw press to balance capacity and increase the sludge thickness before the screw press. We deliver units with two or three screw presses installed in parallel within one frame. One or several preliminary thickening drums can be included in such combinations before the screw presses.
Screw presses can also be used without a preliminary thickening drum if the concentration of the sludge is high (e.g. animal manure).
Polymer dosage devices and conveyor systems are used with screw presses.
