Our wagon scraper is used in rectangular basins to separate bottom sludge and surface sludge from the water in the clarification process. The solids that settle to the bottom are scraped to the sludge pit using a wagon scraper and pumped out for further processing. The same wagon scraper is used for scraping the sludge from the surface into the surface sludge collection channel and then on to further processing.

The treated water is led out as overflow to the next part of the treatment process. We can also deliver overflow channels for the clarified water and surface sludge removal channels with a scraper table with these scrapers.
